Only Voice Overs Guarantee Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and it is our goal to have 100% satisfaction on every voice over we produce. To assist us in achieving this, we have the following guarantee policy for guidance and to set client expectations when working to resolve a quality issue. This policy is related to our revision policy.
With regards to overall quality, any voice over delivered that contains any mistakes like mispronunciations, missed words, etc. will be revised and redelivered per the original script at no charge or debit to revision allowance per our revision policy. Our guarantee starts with the correct product being delivered.
All revisions, as they relate to our guarantee, will be revised by the original contracted voice over artist. If, for any reason, the original artist is unable to record a revision as it relates to our guarantee policy, the client may request a different voice over artist or a full refund.
All guarantee claims must be made within 7 days of the delivery of a voice over. After 7 days, all voice overs delivered will be considered accepted and no longer eligible for guarantee revisions.
For any questions, grievances, or issues not covered in this policy, please contact us to discuss. As stated at the beginning of this policy, we want 100% client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your voice over we want to know about it and will take reasonable steps to remedy.
